Invention subject: The device represents a system of radially positioned, narrowed towards the wind turbine 1 wind conductors 2.
Its distinction is in partitions 3 made as pneumatic structures, i.e., the air filled balloons 4 mechanically knitted together and anchored to the ground with the help of struts 5. The partitions are of variable length for the purposes of wind speed regulation, which is possible to achieve through air filling in or filling out in a certain number of balloons.

The wind current passes through the wind conductors and is concentrated on the rotor's blades.

Technical Result: This invention provides the promptitude of wind dam building and configuration modifying, its operational stability in any season, convenience of its components transportation, as well as possibilities of the output wind speed regulation.
 


Summary of Invention

The wind dam consisting of the radially arranged wind conductors, the shape whereof is narrowing towards the wind turbine, which are made as partitions radially arranged around the wind turbine, wherein, in contrast to the other designs, in order to increase the promptitude of wind dam building and to provide the output wind speed regulation, the partitions are made in the form of pneumatic structures being the systems of air filled balloons mechanically knitted together and anchored to the ground with the help of struts; besides, these partitions are of variable length, which is possible to achieve through air filling in or filling out in a certain number of balloons.
